How Do I Shop On Your Website? How Do I Place An Order?

Shopping on FENNEL is fun, easy and very addictive.

  • Browse the website to find what you'd like to purchase.
  • Once you have found a product you like, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART' button next to each product.
  • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM CART' link to delete items from your shopping cart as well.
  • Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.


What Are Your Shipping Charges?

Our MRP’s are inclusive of all the charges, but delivery on off locations will be charged according to weight of the product. You will get to know whether shipping is free or chargeable, as soon as you enter your area pin code while making payments.


How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Product?

Your order will be processed in our warehouse within 2 working days. You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within 7 business days. Because our courier or postal service does not always directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times.


Do I Have To Pay Taxes?

Our prices are inclusive of taxes, other charges like Octroi (if any) will be charged from the customer.


What Payment Options Can I Use?

For your shopping ease, FENNEL accepts majorly all cards. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway.


Is It Possible For Me To Track My Order?

You can easily access onto our website with the tracking Id provided at the time of purchase.


Do I Need To Be A Member To Shop On Your Site?

Yes, you need to register as a member to shop on FENNEL and complete your transaction. It helps us to know you better!


Do You Have Cash On Delivery Option?

Will I Get A Full Refund If I Return A Product?

In case of multiple products being ordered, and if for any reason, FENNEL is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be given a choice to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, FENNEL shall agree to refund the amount for that particular product.

How Do I Return A Product?

In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at customersupport@fennel.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please retain all packaging materials, original invoice and the product/s until a set of instructions from FENNEL regarding the same is received. In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at customersupport@fennel.in within 24 hours of receiving the product and we shall act on it within 48hours.


Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?

Yes, your billing address can be different from your shipping address.
During the checkout process, you will first be asked to enter the shipping address, which corresponds to the location to which you want your purchase delivered.
During the second step of the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your billing address. The billing address can be different from the shipping address. However, your billing address must match the address associated with the credit card that you are using to complete your purchase.
