DELIVERY:

Fennel delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s.


FREE SHIPPING

  • Free shipping is valid on all domestic orders.
  • Yes, but in remote areas we will charge extra money from the customer.
  • Standard T&C will be applied.


SHIPPING CHARGES:

The shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product. Our MRPs are inclusive of all the charges, but delivery on off locations will be charged. You will get to know whether shipping is free or chargeable, as soon as you enter your area pin code while making payments.


VAT :

Our prices are inclusive of VAT, other charges like Octroi (if any) will be charged from the customer.


SHIPMENT TIME:

Your order will be processed in our warehouse within 2 working days. You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within 7-10 business days.


NOTE:

These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time may vary from location to location.


TRANSIT RISK:

Any breakage during transit will be borne by Fennel.


SHIPMENT TRACKING:

Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, Fennel.in will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.


NOTE:

The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.


SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Fennel does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses.Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
Fennel will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.


CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:

The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into Fennel and going to the'My Account' section on the top right corner of the website. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.


DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE PRODUCTS:

In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together.


DELAY IN DELIVERY:

If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity,public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Fennel shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.

In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Fennel shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product or receive a refund for that product.
